If you are a Guardian User, you also agree that you are responsible for using and monitoring the account on behalf of your Aspiring User. If a parent or guardian believes that the Website has collected information of a child under the age of thirteen (13), or under the age of eighteen (18) in a country within Africa, without proper consent, please contact Talent Sphere at support@talentsphereafrica.com.

During the registration process, users will be prompted to provide a valid email address and choose a unique username and password. Access, Preservation, and Disclosure:Users acknowledge, consent, and agree that Talent Sphere may access, preserve, and disclose account information and User-Generated Content if required by law or if it believes such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary.
Monitoring and Platform Management:Talent Sphere reserves the right to monitor information transmitted through the platform.
